Founded in 1993, The Fields Group exists to create experiences that are simply unforgettable and profoundly rewarding. Dan Fields, President and Owner, with the aid of partner Doug Fields, built the business on personal relationship and complete dedication to service.

All of us at The Fields Group have been in the travel and hospitality business for a very long time. Collectively, we have over 130 years experience of building programs, motivating people, and managing business. We wonít expose our ages, but letís just say we balance our business wisdom with youthful eagerness and an appreciation for good times.

Daniel A. Fields, President
Dan FieldsDan assumed the role of President of The Fields Group in early 2006. He spent 9 years in the hotel industry where we acquired his expertise of food & beverage management, front office management, and sales. Dan has worked for Westin Hotels, Embassy Suites, and Holiday Inn. His responsibilities with The Fields Group include destination research, supplier management, program logistics, and destination management.

Douglas R. Fields, Director of Business Development
Doug FieldsDoug's 12 years in the hotel industry provided him with the opportunity to excel in high profile positions with the Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Preferred and Omni Hotels. Doug served as Director of Sales and Marketing and Front Office Manager. He also spent three years with an incentive travel company as Regional Sales Manager. Today, Doug provides strategic direction for client relations.

Robert C. Fields, Chairman of the Board
Bob was a senior partner at the accounting firm of George S. Olive & Co. (now known as BKD) for over 40 years. He is in charge of all financial issues with the company.

James H. Irwin, Director of Marketing
Jim IrwinJim spent over 30 years with Indiana Bell, AT&T and Ameritech in various management positions. His last position was Director of Advertising. He joined The Fields Group in 1993 and assists with business development and escorting travel programs.
